Every penny will go towards raising awareness, supporting survivors, co-survivors and saving lives through vital education and research. 🙏💫💜✨

I’m so beyond proud to announce that we hosted a CPR Training & Charity Event at TLC in honour of my wonderful friend’s dad who survived a sudden cardiac arrest — all because someone very close to him knew how to perform CPR.

This experience showed me just how powerful this life-saving skill can be, and it’s something everyone should feel confident using. Sadly, many people never get the chance to learn.

• Certification of training completion provided.
• Drinks, cake & goodie bags provided for all attendees.
• Charity Raffle with fantastic prizes.
